Ombudsman Charter East II is an alternative charter high school in Arcadia/East Phoenix district on the southeast corner of 40th Street and Thomas Road on the second floor. Open enrollment means students can enroll at any time during the year, and a four-hour school day allows time for family, friends, work and school.
