What helped me in Ombudsman was the love and care the staff put into their job. If it weren’t for that and the persistence I most likely wouldn’t have graduated now. I liked the people the most at Ombudsman. They were all thoughtful and caring people including my peers. Everyone there understands what you’re going through and supports you.
