Our classrooms tend to be smaller than a traditional high school and while in school, students are immersed in a blended learning environment. What this means is that for their English and Math classes students will be in a traditional teacher-led classroom, similar to what you see in a traditional high school. For the rest of the time, students are in a lab environment working at their own pace through the rest of the classes. In the labs, there is a teacher to provide one-on-one support.
Students attend school for four hours a day Monday-Friday. You’ll have the option to attend our morning or afternoon session.
For those students who cannot attend regularly, we have the OMB Online Academy which provides greater schedule flexibility.

Principal's Letter
A Warm Welcome to Charter Metro!
Here at our Charter Metro campus, we have a strong belief in Community, Collaboration and Student Achievement.
As principal, it is an honor to provide our phenomenal students with the necessary tools and resources to obtain academic success and to become the best version of themselves.
There will be countless opportunities for students to build stronger and more consistent relationships within our school community, their local communities and most important of all, the community within their own families.
Every student deserves the opportunity to have a fresh start in a nonjudgmental, supportive, collaborative, and safe learning environment with educators who truly care.
Charter Metro is focused on relationship-building, student empowerment and developing young people who will be successful members of both their communities and society.
It takes a village to raise a child and on behalf of your Charter Metro family, we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of your child’s village. Family collaboration is one of the key elements of a successful educational journey. I look forward to future conversations and collaborating with family and community members.
Sincerely,
Sancious Moore
Principal, Charter Metro
