NHA
Students have the opportunity to earn NHA certification through the National Healthcare Association in today’s leading health care opportunities. Certification options include Medical Billing, Pharmacy Technician, and Medical Assisting.
SER – Jobs for Progress
Tucson-based students can participate in our SER Jobs for Progress program, which provides academic credit earned through internship-based learning opportunities with local business partners. Successful students will also earn ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certifications.
Student Experiences
I’ve been here since freshman year, and I’m glad I did get to spend those years here. It’s a very chill and relaxing environment. No one really has drama with each other. People are polite and respectful. You’ll learn a lot in person and on the computers, and the teachers are the best! You’ll have an amazing experience and meet so many new people. It’s worth coming every day and you might even want to join a program like Medical Assisting or C-Tech.
Hiaki HS has prepared me for my future life by giving me the opportunity to participate in the medical certification programs and giving me the welcoming environment I needed. This school has given me so many chances and choices for a brighter future. The teachers and staff don’t discourage you—they are with you all the way! I’m glad this school accepted me and helped me grow from a boy to a man in 4 years.
